Text file encoding
Section titled “Text file encoding”These functions read or change the content of a text file:

- File_DeleteLineInFile
- File_FindInFile
- File_GetLinesInFile
- File_GetLineString
- File_InsertInFile
- File_ReplaceInFile
They read and write the file as ANSI text. Exceptions: with a Korean locale (1042) they use Unicode, and with a Bulgarian locale (1026) they use the system default. Don’t use these functions on files saved as Unicode (UTF-16), because the content isn’t read correctly.
