Assign packages to Business Units

The following is a description of how to assign packages to business units.

There are two methods of accomplishing this.

Drag and dropYou can locate the package and drag and drop it to the package section inside the business unit.

  1. Locate the package

  2. Drag it to ‘Computer Packages’ or a package folder inside the business unit

  3. Enter an optional comment and confirm the operation.

The BufferYou can add the package to the package buffer, and then paste it on the business unit or paste it in the package section of the business unit.

This is often easier when handling multiple packages.

  1. Locate the business unit, right-click it and select ‘Assign packages’

  2. Enter an optional comment and confirm the operation
