| Manage reporting services | Using this Business Intelligence tool information can be reached by anyone who might need the information from CMS without contacting the system administrators of CMS. They can run the report whenever they like. Suddenly it is possible to support the business with the constant need for information on the fly. |
| Predefined reports | These reports are available on the predefined report list and can be deployed to the Report Manager as well as the custom reports. Using the default report aligns and ensures transparency between the presented result and data foundation improving the decision making process. |
| Custom reports | Creation of report on a custom specified level by use of a query. |
| Dynamic groups | Creating a report based on a query will bring the possibility to create a dynamic group on the same query. This group will then be available in Configuration Management. |
