Manage reporting services

The report manager holds information about folders and reports created from CapaInstaller Management Solution. The structure is created from the form described below. Folders can be added and deleted, as well as the reports can. Ensure security is set up to match the workflow and processes you want for your company.

Note! We recommend that you have been reading the Best practice of using SQL Reporting Services before you change the structure.
StepAction
1Click File/Manage reports services the following window will open.  
2Create a new subfolder by a right click on the folder you want to be the parent folder, click New folder.
3Type the folder name and click OK.  
4The new folder will be listed sorted in alphabetized order.  
5To delete a folder, right-click the folder and click Delete.
