General options
The general options apply to the console itself, regardless of plugin. To open them, select Tools → Options…, and then select General. The settings are saved for your user account on the computer you work on.

| Select language | The language of the console. The list contains the languages that are installed with the console. |
| Column width mode | How all plugins size the columns in lists: User defined, Fit to panel width, or Fit to cell content. |
| Default editor | The full path to the program used to edit documents, such as scripts. Click … to browse for the program. |
| PowerPack editor | The full path to the program used to edit PowerPack scripts. The default is Windows PowerShell ISE (%SystemRoot%\system32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell_ise.exe). Click … to browse for the program. |
