iOS 14 / iPadOS 14: Accept Updated Apple DEP Terms

iOS 14 and iPadOS 14 were released on September 16, 2020. Apple then posted updated terms in Apple Business Manager and Apple School Manager. If you use the Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP), you can’t enroll devices until an administrator accepts the new terms.

Solution

Section titled “Solution”

  1. Sign in to your organization’s Apple Business Manager or Apple School Manager.

  2. In Terms and Conditions, select the agreements and select Agree.

You can enroll devices again.
