Accessing the options

1. In the menu bar, select Tools → Options….

   

2. In the list on the left, select General or the plugin whose options you want to change. The dialog opens on the options for the plugin you’re working in.

3. Change the settings.

4. Click OK. For most plugins, you’re asked whether to save the changes, and you can add a changelog comment. You’re also asked this when you switch to another item in the list.

The options are saved. Some changes require a restart of the console. The setting tells you when this is the case.

Note

Some settings require specific rights in the plugin, for example the Admin right in System Administration. If you don’t have the right, the setting is unavailable.
