Desktop Management Agent requirements

The Desktop Management Agent supports these Windows versions:

Windows Desktop

  • Windows 7 and later

Windows Server

  • Windows Server 2016 and later

PowerPacks run on 64-bit Windows only. The PowerPack engine is built on a .NET version that doesn’t support Windows 7 or Windows 8.1, so PowerPacks need Windows 10 or later on desktop computers. For the software the agent needs, see Software Requirements.
