CapaPacks Download Button Missing in Console

Problem

The Download button is missing in the CapaPacks view in the CapaInstaller Console.

Solution

Update the CapaOne user that the console is linked to:

1. In the CapaInstaller Console, go to System Administration → Software Accounts.
2. Right-click CapaOne and select Properties.
3. Select Update….
4. Sign in with your CapaOne portal user.
5. Check that Organization shows your CapaOne organization, and select Ok.

The Download button appears in the CapaPacks view.
