Link Business Units to Security Group

When you link Business Units to a security group, the units in those Business Units become visible to the members of the profiles in the security group.

  1. In System Administration → Security Management → All security groups, right-click a security group and select Link to Business Units….

  2. In Available Business Units, select the Business Units, and click Add ->. To unlink a Business Unit, select it in Linked Business Units and click <- Remove.

  3. Click OK to save the changes.
