Citrix User Search

Citrix User Search (ANALYZE > Citrix > User Search) lets you find users who have had Citrix Performance Measurement sessions within a given period of time.

  1. Narrow your search by specifying one or more of the following:

    • Citrix Server.
    • User name (or a part of it).
    • Domain (or a part of it).
    • Interval. If the predefined intervals don’t suit you, select Custom to Custom Time Periods on Graphs.
    • ICA Client IP address.

  2. Click the Search button.

In the search results, click the link in the Session count column to view the user’s sessions.

The session list contains detailed session information, such as start and end time, duration, startup time, ICA Client IP address and the initial application.

Citrix session quality of service

Section titled “Citrix session quality of service”

If you click the Citrix session graph link in the right side of the session list, you can delve even deeper into data for the selected session. The session parameters automatically reflect the selected session.

Select required data type and interval, and click the Update button to view the required QoS graph. See Citrix Sessions Quality of Service.
