Network Applications

You can only do this if you’re a PerformanceGuard administrator.

Before you can measure how your applications perform, you must define them ADMINISTRATION > Network Applications.

PerformanceGuard distinguishes between these kinds of applications:

• Client/Server Applications

  • The Client/Server Applications are defined by a Client Server Applications combination.

• Web Applications

  • The Web Applications are defined by a Web Applications (that is monitoring of web requests).

• Application Groups

  • Which is a group of itself or either Web applications or Client/Server Applications
