Computer Traffic Graph

The graph shows the response time, received bytes, sent packets, etc. from a single computer’s point of view.

To view the graph, select ANALYZE > Computers > Computer Search, and search for a computer. Then, in the search results, click the name of the required computer, and then select the Traffic Graph tab.

• Servers: Select which servers to base the graph on.

Select multiple servers by pressing the CTRL key while selecting the servers.

Only Server Lists and server groups are listed. If the list contained every server that PerformanceGuard has registered, it would typically be so long that it would be impossible to work with.

• Ports: Select which port to base the graph on.

• Type: Determines which type of data the graph will contain. The options are described in Graph Terms and Definitions.

• Interval: Select the period of time that the graph should cover. If the predefined intervals don’t suit you, select Custom to specify your own interval.

• Y-axis Min and Max: Enter the required range for the graph’s vertical axis. If you leave the fields empty, the range will automatically reflect the minimum and maximum values found in the data.

• Disconnect samples: The samples in the graph will by default be Automatic. If you don’t want this you can select Connect All  or set them to Disconnect All .

• Split: If you have based your graph on one or more server groups, this button will appear. If you click the button, you’ll split the server groups into their members in the Servers list. This way you get access to server performance as experienced by individual subnets even though you initially selected a group of subnets.
