Generate Report

1. Select REPORTING > Reports and click the name of the required report.
2. In the Agents menu, select which computers should be covered by the report.
3. In the Interval menu, select which period of time the report should cover.

Important

Example: If you select 0-4 hours, the report will cover the last four hours leading up to the time that the report is generated.

4. Click HTML or PDF as required.

Caution

Most reports will be ready for viewing very quickly. However, depending of the number of computers covered by the report and the complexity of the report, it may take a while for the report generation to complete.

Caution

If you use an iPad, you’ll need a PDF-capable reader like Apple iBooks or Adobe Reader to view PDF reports.

Tip

If you want to send someone a link to a specific page in an HTML report, add #page_x to the report link. Example:

http://server.organization.org/report/PCReport.html?interval=10080&group\_id=0#page\_3\_
