Favorites / Latest
Favorites and latest dashboards help you get quickly to the right dashboard. You find both on the Home page. Favorites and the latest list are personal: each user has their own.
Favorites
Section titled “Favorites”Mark the dashboards that you use often or that are important to you as favorites. To add a dashboard to your favorites, click the star icon (Add to favorites) in one of these places:
- Under the dashboard’s thumbnail on the Dashboards page, or next to the dashboard in list view.
- In the toolbar of the dashboard itself.
The dashboard then appears under Favorites on the Home page, sorted alphabetically by title. To remove a dashboard from your favorites, click the star again (Remove from favorites).
Latest
Section titled “Latest”Latest on the Home page is a scrollable list of all the dashboards that you have access to. It’s sorted from left to right, with the dashboard that you viewed most recently first. Whenever you view a dashboard, it moves to the front of the list.
