Dashboard Tags (Categories)

Dashboard tags let you narrow the dashboard list down to the dashboards that are relevant to you. In earlier versions of PerformanceGuard, tags were called dashboard categories.

Create, edit, and delete tags

Section titled “Create, edit, and delete tags”
  1. Go to Administration → Dashboard → Tags.
  2. To create a tag, click the + button (Create tag), enter a name, and then click Create.
  3. To rename or remove a tag, click Edit or Delete next to it.

Administrators can also create a tag directly from a dashboard in edit mode with the Create tag button.

Apply tags to a dashboard

  1. Open the dashboard and click the edit button.
  2. In the toolbar, select one or more tags in the Tag list.
  3. Click Save dashboard.

The tags of a dashboard are shown under its thumbnail in Favorites on the Home page.

Filter the dashboard list by tag

On the Dashboards page, select one or more tags in the Show Tags list. The list then only shows dashboards that have at least one of the selected tags. PerformanceGuard remembers your selection in your browser.
