Experience Monitor
Experience Monitor gives you visibility into the reliability of your Windows endpoints. It derives stability insights from the system and application events that endpoints log, so you can find unstable devices and recurring errors across your organization.
Where to find it
Section titled “Where to find it”- Windows → Experience shows all endpoints, with the Reliability and Event Log tabs.
- The Experience tab on each endpoint shows the same insights for that endpoint only.
Experience Monitor is a separately licensed CapaOne product. Without it, these pages show a product teaser instead of data.
Reliability
Section titled “Reliability”Gain visibility into endpoint stability through system and application events categorized as:
- Critical
- Error
- Warning
A Reliability Score from 1 to 10 summarizes each endpoint’s stability. Analyze reliability across the organization or drill down into a specific device to identify and resolve issues. For details, see Reliability.
Event Log
Section titled “Event Log”Access the detailed system and application event logs that power reliability insights.
Filter events by severity, log type, source, event ID, and description to troubleshoot and uncover the root cause of stability issues. For details, see Event Log.
