Accessing account administration inside CapaOne

The account panel in CapaOne gives you access to your profile, organization management, on-premises solutions, and quick links. There are two ways to reach your profile and Users & Organization.

From the home page

When you sign in to dash.capaone.com, the home page shows the account panel on the right side. It has three sections: Account, Looking for On-Prem Solutions?, and Quick Links. Click the CapaOne logo in the top bar to return to the home page from anywhere.

From the user menu

From anywhere in CapaOne, click your name in the top-right corner to open the user menu. It contains:

  • Profile
  • Users & Organization
  • Documentation, Help Center, and CapaForum, which open in a new browser tab
  • Log out

What you can access

Account

Section titled “Account”
  • Profile — view your account details and your organization’s contracts, edit your name, email, and job title, choose your email notifications, and reset your password.
  • Users & Organization — marked Admin. Create and manage sub-organizations and users, and view billing, licenses, contracts, and consultant hours.

Looking for on-prem solutions?

These links are on the home page only.

  • CapaOne for CapaInstaller — opens CapaOne for CapaInstaller in a new tab. Use it for Android Enterprise, zero-touch, and OS deployment templates with CapaInstaller.
  • PerformanceGuard — opens the PerformanceGuard documentation.

These links are on the home page only, and open in a new tab.

  • Documentation — guides and product knowledge.
  • Help Center — support and ticket portal.
  • CapaForum — ask questions or help fellow Capa users.
  • Technical Blog — the CapaSystems technical blog.
  • Book Onboarding Call — request a personalized walkthrough from CapaSystems.
